This couldn’t be more true, it’s certainly not the right business to start without proper funding, a clear vision for what market you are going to appeal to the midset that it’s going to be a slow start.
For $10k I would buy an established affiliate site that is making money and build both 1) a player database 2) immediate earnings 3) an established traffic source to your future online casino brand
