Just to let anyone reading this thread know that Roman has sorted out the problem entirely and has also made a very welcome ‘good will’ gesture. My confidence is restored in Intertops. Word of advice to webmasters, as you guys kindly told me, do use the e-mail address to contact Roman not the message center in the affiliate program.
