You could always get a friend to chain you to the house too
Unfortunately, that is a MAJOR part of my problem. As I am chaind to the house. Yes, I can walk and power walk at that but, only on days when I feel like I can. The doc who fixed my neck did a terrific job on my neck but….messed up my hip. Where he took the bone from my hip to put in my neck, he replaced that bone with putty which dislodged and is mia in my body. Where the hole in my hip is now, I have nerves that get hung up and partially severed at times. I know it sounds gross but, it has become a normal part of my life. When the nerves get hung up, my leg goes totally numb. Leaving me with only one leg to walk with which, I am sure you can understand, is impossible. It happens mostly when I squat say to pick up leaves in the yard to when I am bending. It does hapen quite often as I do enjoy working out in the yard.
I have been fighting with the ins. co. weekly for years with no luck. Unfortunately, it has been too many years to sue. It was suggested to ne years ago to sue but, I did not wish to go through the litigation. I just wanted to be physically fixed. I am the one who is skrewed now due to having faith in my ins. co. I cannot afford medical ins. If I could, I would have simply take the matter into my own hands and been fixed.
In short(lol), I am afraid to drive. My Mom’s car has been sitting in the criveway dead for 2 years. I have not gotten it up an running as I am afraid that my leg my go numb and God forbid, I would hit a child running across the street. Therefore, I rely on taxis which are VERY expencive around here. $30 just to go to the closest grocery. It is not always affordable as I cannnot collect disablility as the doc who operated on me refuses to fill out my disability papers. He does not feel it his responsibility. WTF? If it’s not his responsiblility, who’s is it? I called the state and they informed me, it was the docs “choice” that he was not obgiliated by law to fill out the paperwork. I solely rely on my affiliate money which, you know from my affil account, is not much. Actually, I have only been paid by you once and that was months ago.
Didn’t mean to go off on a rant. My point was, I am basically stuck here and tend to wallow in problems when they do arise.
