No, but many of the casinos are independent or in small groups. The principle devalues the deal – especially since the CPA they are asking the casinos for is quite high. A big risk if you are a casino IMO. I can see why Playtechs would go for it – they are agressive, but it still strikes me as a risky proposition for casino owners.
