For personal reasons I have to cut down on conferences a bit (planning to be in Barcelona and Amsterdam) but I couldn’t agree more that they are a most important tool in making your business successful.
I have been attending almost all of them for some 5 years and found them to be extremely helpful.
When you read a lot of the posts about them it’s all about parties and fun, and heck yeah, once we are there we’re going to have some fun.
But the most important thing is what you take home with you. No, I am not talking about free tee shirts and toys (although they are fun and always appreciated). It’s friendships, improved business relationships and new ideas.
