We definitely don’t want you dropping any links, nor do we want to take you ‘off the pay-roll’.
I’ve been sitting with the Microgaming guys over the past 2 days trying to resolve this, amongst other affiliate queries regarding not being able to view reports. Been going through loads of detail, trouble shooting if you will.
I’m going to need your help here.
They’ve requested some info from you:-
1. Go to command prompt and type ‘tracert http://www.grandpriveaffiliates.com’
Once run, copy the report(file–>edit–>Select all then file–>edit–>copy and paste into notepad), take a screen shot it and send it both
2. What operating system and browser are you using? Are you on a .net framework 2?
This info should help them resolve.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
