1. Set up an affiliate program.
2. Pay a dedicated affiliate manager to run the program and recruit affiliates. Would pay a manager that had experience in the industry and a ton of contacts, not a new person to the industry.
3. Have them work out affiliate deals to their contacts.
4. Pay for advertising on high traffic sites.
5. Pay someone to write articles daily for your site.
6. Pay someone to help with link acquisition.
