Well there was one group awhile back that was hiring people and it was a joke.
1k per month and you had to have minimums in order to get paid but still expected to work 40 hours a week!!! They wanted people that had affiliates under them already and when you broke it down would pay them less than if they just joined any affiliate program out there.
I was hired and they beat around the bush so much they lost focus and I think even forgot they hired me (or realized I did not have affiliates under me 
) then sent me a letter I guess letting me go for some reason.. hell they did not even send me a copy of the contract I signed so how was I even hired yet lol!! what a joke.
In the end I was glad I did not do it and feel sorry for the suckers that fell into that one.
A real job will pay you for your time regardless. Any job that makes you do the following is a scam.
1. Pay to join
2. Expect min. performance in order to get paid. <-- like telemarketing (well even they pay you hourly but if you miss the quota for a few days your out)
3. (some but not all cases) Any company that sighs you up as an independent contractor.
