well here’s Max’s reply to my issues . …… before i couldn’t match up their dates/claims…. so it really shouldn’t matter about old and new platforms ….. unless he didn’t do all the homework…..

Here’s what I’ve got from my records:Dec $899.29 and
Jan $253.00 Paid via Wire the 1th of MayFeb $445.39 Paid via Check on the 3th of April
March $535.44 Paid via EcoCard on the 2th of May
April $382.95 Paid via Wire on the 14th of June
May $668.83 Paid via Wire on the 5th of July
We Still have to send June as we had some problem due to a shortage of staff (August…holyday time) and to a problem with the payment processor.
It won’t take long anyway.
most curious is why they’d go from wire to eco …. back to wire? eco was obviously working fine …..
why go back?
why don’t any incoming wires in my bank statements come even reasonably close to their own claims?
again …. not accusing them….. but rather just trying to put to bed this issue by finding something close that confirms their own claims.
I take blame for not keeping better records …. but also feel this could all be avoided if emails or notification of some sort were made …. when payments go out.
add to that when you get late on payments ….make it very hard for us to keep track ..
for instance ….I’m at the time of this writing … trying to find missing bank statements …. because I want to be fair to all involved.
I started this thread to fix any damage my issues may have brought up …. only to find myself at this point … because this is the truth as i have uncovered it to this point.
again……I don’t accuse them of anything ….. but at same time …. want to get some confirmation and have been trying to match their own claims to …. bank statements that are not gone …..but have been ….. lost until I do my usual grand look for them come tax time lol.
