I believe if they state they paid via wire on the 5th, it was sent the 5th and takes approximently a week to receive it.
The earlier months were late as they had some issues with stats when they were on the new platform and back again….so maybe add a couple up? Stats in the system are accurate, use reporting, and payment details, it should show the amount owed for each month.
As for the other question…I believe payment methods etc are private forum discussion….but the had processor change so method changes.
