well I made this post and then got to checking their claims in my bank statements . ….. and the eco did come in.
but … well here’s what I ended up writing to Max…….
please note …… not accusing them …. just wanting help spotting their payments….

just checked banking statement and no wire came in on the date of July 5 .. and no amount was for a matching amount you provided … all month.
however I did receive a wire on the 11th for a close amount ….this amount was for $645…. even.
that would mean charges are
668.83
645
23.83I find that a strange charge .. $23.83
more unsatisfying is that I checked my april statement covering my march transactions and it did not reflect any number close to your claims of $445.39
the first wire transfer that came in was on the 14th for $975 and another for $1975
as you can see… neither is even close to the amount nor date you provided.
walk me thru this Max as I want both paid….. and to both be a partner again and not post any negatives towards VA that aren’t true.
……sigh. where do we go from here?
thanks Bud… I don’t doubt your sincerity but also need some paperwork to back up what you said….. I’ll be glad to fax to you my back statement for any month I have mentioned … as I am all about being fair …. to both of us.

appreciate any light anyone here can spread on this situation…. as I truly don’t doubt them.. after all…. the eco card payment matched up …… but I would like to spot payments on claims made … and at this point .. cannot come close to putting one to the other..
I am in process of finding bank statements for other months they claimed wires came thru.. and if I can match any of them up … will greatly put to rest doubts…. but this is what I’ve found so far …..
would like to add… I found it very strange they made payments once via eco card and then went back to wires?
that i really find strange….. why go back to what apparently wasn’t working?
