That page was last updated on August 1st 2006, and originally written on November 17th 2004. This is a looooong time ago. Our websites get hijacked litteraly on hourly basis and by methods not even described in the article.
I would personally check to see if I have not bought run of site text links and/or added a lot of content in a short time.
