There are a handful of good RTGs and I agree with the sentiment that you shouldn’t just assume a new RTG is bad.
However, RTG themselves have created a general sense of scepticism, particularly among players, by basically allowing the Cloud casinos to continue their unethical practices, ditching the Montana player resolution service altogether and generally licensing software to anyone it would seem. They’ve basically held their hands up and said “not interested” which is poor form.
MG, Wagerworks, Crypto and even to a lesser extent Playtech have all taken some responsibility for the credence of their operators and that’s a far more professional approach.
It’s tough on the good RTG casinos like CWC, iNet and Bodog, but for me the only thing to do is give new operators a year or two to see how they perform, then make a decision.
