Hello everyone,
I’d like to respond to a couple of points.
Firstly we consider ALL player requests a priority – whether that refers to customer service, withdrawals, information, etc.
Secondly, for players who have a history with our casinos and for whom we have already obtained all documentation and payout method approvals, then these clients are serviced faster than the norm. We would rather err on the side of caution and overdeliver than risk the potential dissapointment of our clients.
