However, T&C’s are obviously VERY important – just check my sig if you don’t understand why I believe this.
I can understand your answer of working based upon what you see and feel. I have no problems with that whatsoever… But to say ‘I never read T&C’ – this is not something I can agree with.
This is your contract with the affiliate program.. and if there are terms and conditions they can use to reduce your commissions – you should be VERY aware of it for many reasons…
Affiliate managers change, affiliate programs have money crunches, and many, many, many programs use these exact terms to NOT pay affiliates.
That is my rant I have nothing against the casino, but will certainly evaluate their terms and conditions and (based upon what others have mentioned here) their terms are very likely to be deemed highly predatory.
