You are correct in reading the wording that it may take up to 3 weeks for players to receive their earnings – this is for a variety of reasons (clearing the fraud/security department; providing the documentation required for the payout; responding to emails from finance with respect to payment options, etc) and based on several factors.
Having said that, it is my understanding that the casino player payouts are now current – that is to say that withdrawal requests are received and sent out within a week for the majority of cases.
If anyone has any concerns over their withdrawal request(s) please feel free to direct them to the casino finance department.
