If they’re a legitimate operator, and nobody is being scammed, they should be able to get CAP accreditation.
There isn’t much gambling there, it’s primarily a porn site. I think it’s a good crossover between adult and gambling though.

Rather than looking at it the same way you look at a casino / poker room / standard igaming operation, you would be better off creating a ‘crossover’ category for sites like this which mix gambling with something else.
Fair dealings with Customers, Affiliates and other business partners are the most important thing to me. By all accounts these guys are above board and legit.
