I apoligize for the mis-understanding from our CSR in communicating to kevin. They passed on the wrong wagering information which lead to the confusion.
Everyone makes mistakes however we endeavour to have our CSR team to be clear and correct in their communication with players.

I am disappointed that you have made the choice not to promote us. From our chats at CAC I was encouraged that we could work closer together.
I have sent you an email following CAC but have not heard from you.
I hope you will revisit our program later and review the possibilities of another revenue stream we can provide.
