Yes Professor, I saw those terms reported earlier today on another industry site forum that I belong too as well.
Highly predatory move – without notification too (?!) – and seems to be a deliberate attempt to either :
(A) Claw back funds from inactive affiliates
(
Deliberately trim their affiliate base to only top performers
(C) A combination of A and B.
