I just checked the form again and it doesnt present payment options for passes unless you fail to select CAP Affiliate or CAP Certified Program Manager. I even listed a guest and wasnt prompted for payment of passes.
So I am having trouble replicating what is being reported.
I will have them fix form so that you arent required to purchase a room.
I can’t imagine you getting cheaper rooms at Atlantis the rates we have. If you are finding them cheaper somewhere we need to know so that we can go back to Atlantis and ensure everyone gets the lowest rate as that’s what we were guaranteed.
