and a wise move that is …… to protect the very small % that isn’t able to control its need to stick their hands in the heat and keep them there longer than they should ….. so therefore all the rest of us should not be allowed the luxury of having heat.
…… but then again … that’s not what its really about anyway is it? its that nasty thing about not being able to find a way to tax those that use the fire to heat their homes.
