Unless they were to manually check, I cant see the google algorithm finding this to be wrong. It’s a 301 redirect, how else would they treat this?
And Darko is correct, if you link to them, why shouldn’t the PR vote get passed? You can add nofollow tags to all you links, but this would probably hurt your site as you would have a site full of links with nofollow tags. Google would see that as you not having trust in the sites you’re linking to and penalize you.
