Pity the DOJ doesn’t grab Doyle as an “example”. That would fire up even the most apathetic player.
I talked to him at the 2006 WSOP on the issue and he wouldn’t comment publicly. I told him that the (then) pending bill would be affecting his room and he said “Son, that’s what I am worried about.”
If there is a way around it Doyle’s Room will find it…I do not know the latest but they were looking at alternative software because the reason for pull out was tribeca software decision, not Doyle’s Room itself.
The inside scoop is they are negotiating with Microgaming. I got that before gambling911.
Of course micro doesn’t allow the 11 states but is an obvious choice.
Doyle and son are tough bastards and they wll not be taking this lying down! I got a good snap of my dad with Doyle.
