Guys the tube (subway, Piccadilly line) runs directly from Heathrow stopping at Earl’s Court, Gloucester Road and South Kensington. All these 3 stations are very close to the conference venue and your hotels. A cab from any of these stations to your hotel is probably around £5.
This is the fastest way to get there.
