Forums are very time consuming. Best bet is to get a bunch of idiots to do all the work for you then set back and reap all the rewards.
We have mods that have been with us from the start up and we would not have anything if it was not for them girls, they make the contest, chase the spam away and run the site for us basically and I would never consider calling them idiots! If your staff will be running your forum I would suggest to NOT take on this attitude!
