Hi again.
well you’re right about CR. the player has since added yet another casino to the mix which DID track, making my worries about cookies disappear so I’ll now announce the whole thing along with the explanation I got from one of the aff managers … the other I haven’t heard back from yet. (the 3rd being CR, who did track and I’d missed it because I didn’t check stats correctly or else I was never able to access them and forgot. sometimes I have a terrible time using their stats, they seem to take forever to load resulting in timed out message: that may have happened and in my rather upset mood I just chalked it up to missing. I admit I was pissed – and still am) Ryan pointed out to me the player had tracked.
So its actually just 2 sponsors and 3 missing casinos.
now with that said: of the remaining two sponsors: one has had a 50% success rate of sign ups showing up in my stats.
that would be Casino Profit Share. Here is what Trish has written me back to say
I’ve checked into this for you and here’s what I’ve found:
Golden Reef Account xxxxxxxx:
This account is tagged to your affiliate ID under the banner tag number BanAff871 (belongs to website ksod.com). No tracking or tagging issues. The account has been registered for 11 days.
I have checked the player transactions via the Casino backend to ensure they matched our stats on CPS. The player has not deposited into this account in January 2007. To double-check, I ran the same report and increased the date range (even though the account was only registered 11 days ago) and there still shows no deposits.
Even though there have been no deposits on this player account, I searched the bet history, just incase there was some play of any kind (not possible on Golden Reef as there is no free bonus however I checked anyway in the issue of being thorough). No bet history recorded.
This player does not show up in your stats as a depositing player due to the fact that the player has not yet made their first deposit. The recording of their hit into the casino site is included in your total hits for Golden Reef in the traffic report on your CPS login.
Music Hall Account xxxxxxxxx:
This account number is not valid on the casino server. It is one digit short (only 7 digits, it should be
.
My findings in this matter:
The Golden Reef account has definitely been tracked from click through to registration, it is definitely tagged to your affiliate account via the banner tag I listed above. I believe that this player may have listed Golden Reef as a “deposited and played at” casino in error as it is 100% confirmed this player has not deposited or played at Golden Reef in the 11 days since registration.
The Music Hall account, is not a valid account number, however I have located the account by searching on the player detail.
This player account was not attached to your affiliate ID, however I have attached him now. I am unsure as to why the player was not tagged.
The player first purchased in December, your CPS stats should reflect this for you. The player lost a little in December resulting in your stats for December now reflecting an earning of $18.36 attributed to this player. This amount will carry forward for you until such time as your minimum payment requirement for your selected payment method is reached. The player has not played as yet in January and as such is not showing in your CPS reporting.
I trust this information assists with your enquiries.
Cheers
Trish
the remainding missing casinos are jackpot city and riverbelle both with Referback.
It is possible the player could be signed up under another affiliate as I have written shane requesting investigation into why the signups are not showing up in my stats along with telling him to be 100% certain he is correct if he responds they are already signed up under a different aff via the player having been signed at some other of their properties because David (the player in question) signed up at one of the casinos while his wife signed up at the other and its unlikely they’d both be previously signed up at a different casino in that network thru another aff because I’m under the impression his wife is just starting out playing online.
meaning one of the two signups should not negated by the RB policy of once signed up at one casino … they belong to that aff if they sign up at other properties. IF you get my drift.
hope that makes sense, I just woke up and haven’t had my coffee yet
