The same thing we always do when we find Terms and Conditions we arent comfortable with. We dont work with that program.
Programs have a right to structure their offers as they feel best suits their needs.
As affiliates we have the right to decline any offers we find objectionable or not competitive.
I do believe its a good idea to inform each other when we find terms and conditions that arent in the affiliates best interest. After that it’s up to the individual business owner (affiliate) as to how they wish to proceed.
Programs with any amount of sense will be responsive to affiliate needs and be rewarded accordingly. Programs that dont will find they arent very successful in the marketplace over the long run.
