My issues are with their tracking, the transistion of players from Casino Blasters, their communication, the changing of commission rates. They are just all over the place. Hence I am very un-impressed with them at this point.
i agree lou. i have voiced this to them as well via emails.
hopefully in time the program will get better. at least they converted our player base unlike many other programs who just dropped them all together.
