Reply To: Predatory T&Cs at Casino Coins

In any sales job if you quit the company you work for you will no longer receive commissions on your sales. We are asking that you keep in touch, you try and remain current and hopefully bring in a new customer once every quarter to maintain our relationship, but remaining current is enough. If you do not want to try and do this you are quitting Casino Coins.

We don’t work for Casino Coins, we are all independent contractors and we
expect those who we CONTRACT a job with to pay us for our job as agreed upon. I could just see the reaction on the guys face building my house when I change the terms in the middle of the job and tell him instead of requiring the house be completed in 6 months as agreed upon, I now require it to be done next week. Oh, and did I mention if you can’t get this done, you will not be paid. And by the way, I will keep the house. Same exact scenario here, owner of house being built=affiliate program, house=players, sub contractor=affiliates.

I take it the honcho making this decision is not all that good in math. Any money you guys save because of this term will be negated X10 by the existing affiliate business you will lose. How can someone think that is a smart business decision? You guys are walking over $100 bills to pick up pennies.

I get a kick how these programs try to justify this horseshit. They want to continue making money on our referrals, while us affiliates, the ones who originally brought the money through the door are left holding our d-ck in our hand. Paint the picture anyway you want, its not right and is not good business.

Regardless if I never brought another player through the door, if a casino is profiting from that player, so should the affiliate as per the terms of the contract. Man, you guys wouldn’t even have the player if it wasn’t for us affiliates who work 12 hour days in hopes to build a residual income like we expect. Yet, a few programs are trying to cut every corner they can to have the upper hand in every aspect. Shit, its all found money to you guys, yet the GREED factor still comes into play. It’s absolutely unbelievable that affiliates have to be consumed with this garbage, we have enough on our plate as it is trying to adapt to this new law and keep our business moving in a positive direction, let alone having to deal with programs pulling our every stop in the book.

GREED is the only reason for this garbage and nothing more!!!
