Before things get out of hand, these tems and condtions are very open and have been on the Casino Coins site from March 2006 when I took over.

1. All you have to do is bring in 1 new player in 90 days. That is 4 players in a year to keep us out of your hair. If you have a web site and promote casinos on it and work even as a part time affiliate this condition can easily be met. If you can’t acheive 4 players in a year because you can only deliver 3 or 2 or 1 see below.

2. So you go 90 days without brining in a player… That means you get a call from me and we talk about why you either are no longer promoting us or what we can do to use the space you are promoting us in to generate players. There are plenty of people that I am in contact with on a daily basis that I have helped to make more money in the limited space that they promote us in.

3. All you have to do continue receiving comissions from us is execute what we agree upon and show that you are making an effort to keep your promotions up to date and that you are working with us.

Casino Coins has been around since 1999 (one of the first) and we haven’t messed with anyone’s comissions. Some payments are held but for those who have had their payments held some simple banner changes on sites and some clicks resulted in released payments, without new players

Most affiliates, especially with the state of affairs as it is in the US, are going to respond angrily about this, especially since I didn’t send out a newsletter in March informing you. (which would have been an incredibly difficult way to start off as a new aff manager by the way) The point is if you didn’t find out about the policy change it didn’t apply to you. Even those that have been called in regards to this policy, quite a few affilaites, have not posted about it on CAP in the past because the end result of working with me has been benifical to both Coins and the Affiliate.

I am of the belief that you are owed commission becasue our casinos made money. You should be paid that commision. However, if you don’t want to work with us anymore by taking down all of our banners and links not responding to emails or phone calls and going in a differnt direction, you are terminating our agreement to be partners.

Please contact me directly if you have issues. I am always available and numerous affiliates out there will tell you exactly that.
