I have nothing but respect for both Simon and Mario and the VIP group. They have always been dynamite to work with and have a sterling reputation with players and affiliates.
Because of that I am viewing the proposed changes to the terms and conditions as an honest mistake made during a challenging period of time. I fully expect that both Mario and Simon are discussing this situation with management and that a satisfactory resolution will be brought forward ASAP.
Let’s keep a positive outlook towards that end.
Mario it’s obvious this particular term has the potential of doing a great deal of damage to the relationship your program has with affiliates. You guys have worked hard for years to build up that trust and support from your partners. I am sure you arent willing to throw all of that away to hang on to a clause that you have no intention of enforcing.
Lets get all this cleared up so everyone can have a great holiday season. The Super Bowl and all the College Bowls are right around the corner. Now is not the time to lose all those front page spots you guys have on affiliate portals.
