A lot of solutions have been offered by board members here that can easily solve this supposed “dilemma.”
Personally I think if you are tired of sending cheques for say $15, then why not increase the minimum amounts or just use Neteller altogether?
For those cheques that bounce…no big deal, just stop sending them for that client.
