I agree. I was giving feedback as well…. and explaining why I would not promote a casino or program with such a predatory clause.
I certainly have not fed a lot of players to your group (I think only a couple), but I SHOULD have a lifetime of earnings on them and not have to worry about this NEW piece of your T&C’s that I did NOT sign up under.
It is just my stance that I would never promote a casino with these terms knowingly. I will have to check all aff programs T&C’s now to make sure I am NOT promoting a casino with this type of clause as I do not want to give away good traffic.
