So in about two weeks time we should know wether the French governement goes ahead with this or not?
Would a block at the ISP level mean that French affiliates would only be able to make money from French speakers accessing their sites through the former French colonies (DOM)? Obviously that traffic wouldn´t really be worthwhile.
