Click2Pay has been very difficult to work with. I supplied a P.O. Box when I signed up, because frankly, my physical address is irrelevant.
I signed up 2 weeks ago with a po box. I captured my telephone bill from my online account with my street address and emailed it to them. I forgot to write down the pan number and service rep let me login to the account to get it before I was certifed. They made the small transfer to my bank and I entered it on their site. I gave them just a savings account as well.
I didn’t wait for them to call I just called them, the phone sounds busy at first but if you wait about 5-8 seconds it rings. Might be just my location though.
