Haven’t had the need to deal with Moneybookers support so I can’t comment on that aspect, however, my experiences with Neteller support are very ordinary. Two days to answer emails and two days plus follow up to process withdrawals is not good enough for me considering they charge higher fees and say they will be processed within 24 hours. I guess it’s the old story that if businesses do everything correctly and meet my expectations then I don’t need to deal with support.
Sorry, can’t comment on epassporte as I haven’t used it.
