Of course, this is not legal but it wasn’t legal at all even before the new bill in USA, the only change is that now they are going to put a specific law with some provediments like the banning of the sites. Uncle Sam has started to breaking some balls all around the world since a long time ago, Italy does not have any influence to the rest of the nations around the world but USA can be a big problem for everyone if they want to make a model for the rest of humanity, I hope that one day something will change or I will planning to go to live in north pole…
