Well gang, as I and others have said, it is time to diversify. Nothing lasts forever, and it has been a good run to date.

This will pass the Senate, without doubt. Implementation of this law will be difficult, in that it will require the banking industry’s “free” participation. This could be tricky, could be challenged, etc. However, what this bill’s passage will do is as follows:

1) We will no longer see TV ads from the big guys;

2) I would imagine that this legislation will scare a lot (not all) of players
from playing online, for fear of legal repurcussions;

3) I wouldn’t be surprised to see some of the big Casino/Poker outfits
start refusing business from U.S.;

4) I wouldn’t be surprised to see some of the Casino/Poker outfits refusing
to deal with American affiliates;

Even if they cannot shut the system down (you know there will always be loopholes), they will deter things enough, to cause this industry to go into turmoil. I think turmoil, in this case, means decreased revenues. Forget about the fact that what we will be doing will be illegal………that is a whole entire issue.

Time to get some shut-eye. C-Span ratings must have gone through the roof tonight.
