Well, it’s not all the way done yet, but realistically, I think this will pass thru at this point. The Senate is waiting for the Bill to arrive from the House.
We will have to see if they can get it enacted over the next 9 months if it does pass.
Hopefully, they won’t, or the processors will find some work around procedures.
That said, don’t give up the good fight.
This definately is a political manuever, and may never get enacted.
There is still time, and we still need to push harder for these guys to introduce regulation bills in the next session of Congress.
The first order of business is to get the Republicans out of total control.
Even if the Dems can just get control of the House, or the Senate in November, that will go a long ways to helping us out in the long haul.
