Good question! I don’t know.
I saw the House vote the Port bill thru, but I would have assumed everything was in order.
Since the House had already passed the gambling bill, and sent it to the Senate weeks ago, I wouldn’t think that it would have to be sent back down to the House just because they are attaching it. I’m not positive either.
Maybe that’s what causing the delay, though.
I hope not, because that would mean they aren’t discussing removing it altogether, but just how to get it back thru the process tonight. :tooconfus
