If not – are you going to try and prove that your site is an established brand that they’re trading goodwill off ? It just seems far too generic to me.
That’s like setting up business.com and claiming there can be no other suffixed “business” brand site … which is contrary to basic domain name standards … I mean that is exactly why they have all the suffixes.

To be honest I would not care too much … you’ve got the dot com .. and if these domains EVER sold (at $6K per shot !!) any branding that they tried would probably deliver most of it’s benefit to the dot com site (you).
