What they are trying to say is they dont want to be put in the position of SEO police.
IE if people buy paid links or take part in three way link exchanges that violates Googles T&Cs so do you want 888 to ban that affiliate? If people keyword stuff their pages do they get banned? Etc…
888 acknowledges that site scraping, content theft, google bowling and other obviously blackhat practices which ARE illegal and wont be permitted, but they dont want to get drawn into algorythemic seo policing.
I agree with that stance.
