I understand that there is a certain excitement over German players but I have to spoil the party a bit. The German government is currently trying to shut down a € 500 million sportsbook and withdrew their license recently. They are also trying to put a ban on advertising. The only thing that slows this plan is the federal structure of Germany.
What I don´t understand though is why Poker ads are becoming more common in Germany. Is that not considered gambling anymore?
