I agree. I have all my domains registered there and they are geting worse and worse. I use privacy protection so that people don’t try to call me directly (I was getting all sorts of affiliate programs trying to seduce me to promote them via tele).
They couldn’t even get it right. I would post on their ‘support’ thingy and they would respond – it is working now and CLOSE the support request. It never has worked on many of my sites and I get this same ‘support’ each time even if I explain to them and prove that it isn’t working! They still make a 1 sentence response and close the stupid support case.
All my future registrations will be elsewhere. For sure!
