Thanks for your patience with this issue.
I am pleased to say that all is well now and the visitor and download figures are working correctly.
The only downside is that because of the nature of the problem, it is almost impossible for us to back track the visitor and download figures to what they should have been for the first few days of August. I know this will mean that your conversion rates are skewed but unfortunately we cannot amend them.
Rest assured that registation and real play figures have been correct throughout this period.
All traffic from yesterday afternoon (5pm BST) is now being reported 100% correct.
Again, my apologies for this hiccup and I hope that it has not inconvenienced you too much.
