Thanks for the input. Thats a tough word to cut down on considering thats the main theme of the site. I have been able to cut that word out quite abit but looks like I still have a ways to go.
When testing my keyword density that word garners about 12-13% while other keywords/phrases hit 3% to 7%.
So far though I am having some success with getting good rankings for some minor keywords/phrase which I had’nt even targeted.
