I would continue to market to the German market nonetheless, and continue to earn commissons – why not? It is easier to optimize for European SE’s and you will get better results for the effort put in – if the groundwork is done right and you align yourself with the right operators 
That said, we will be launching our German site virtually straight after the US site launch, and this will follow with French very soon.
We have support in both German and French presently so will be able to look after these players from word go. Also, we will have German affiliate support that will enable us to feed valuable information back to you so that you can optimize effectively for these markets.
