This Bill is being pushed forward by the Banks themselves. They do not care if they lose a few bucks on the gambling money from the small, overseas casinos. The Big corporate casinos will move in for the internet gambling prize. The Banks are pushing this bill along with the Wire Act Bill redo. Cut out the small guy. Business as usual. Mark my words, this will pass in a heartbeat-there is NO lobbying for offshore casinos!
