While I agree that the fat lady has yet to sing, this is not the exact same as previous years. The differences between today’s bills compared to previous bills and how they relate to today’s environment are immense.
To simply think that since it failed before that it will fail again is IMO not an informed nor wise opinion. Way too many differences this time around, and sadly this time I think this is all but a done deal.
And considering the lack of opposition the Washington State bill received, I think those in our position are in for a long hard ride.
