Its’ hard to say because there are so many keys in the windows registry. But usually it will reside windows>>>system32. The key will be connected to an actual executable file. The spyware program should show you the exact location, if you can get it operating. Try openning the AVG to determine the path of the infected program. Once found manually delete it.

If you manage to fix this problem, which I think you will, you will have good understanding on how this stuff works. I know your probably a little fustrated, but take the time to learn and in the future it will pay back.

The last one I received, I zipped up and sent it back.

Have to be careful with the registry so a quess wouldn’t be a good idea. Also I would make sure your fan is operating properly.
